A Moment Of Prayer

Dear God: No prayer may change you Dear God, but it changes us who pray for the well-being of others and a better world for all.

A Moment Of Prayer

Dear God: May each of us invest our lives in inspiring others, and do it so well, that long after we are gone and our names forgotten, that that inspiration lives on.

A Moment Of Prayer

Dear God: May we express less religious doctrine, and be more active in helping others, which is the underlying basis for that religious doctrine.

A Moment Of Prayer

Dear God: May we be wise enough to provide jobs, money, and opportunities, for those without work, for to be unemployed is to tell someone that they are worthless and unneeded by society.

A Moment Of Prayer

Dear God: The love of another can be our greatest blessing for it lifts our spirits and brings greater meaning to our lives.

A Moment Of Prayer

Dear God: So often when life is at its darkest, a dim light begins to shine, a light that soon grows as bright as the sun and as warm as an August day.

A Moment Of Prayer

Dear God: Love knows no skin color, no religion, no fame, no fortune, no cultural heritage, just the goodness and the potential for goodness in others.
